Katy's outing came after she slammed all the gossip surrounding her current beau Orlando - who was recently pictured cuddling up to Selena Gomez in a Las Vegas nightclub.
The Hot N Cold singer appeared to call rumours about her man cheating on her with Selena a 'dumb conspiracy' on Thursday via her Twitter feed.
And the 23-year-old singer was quick to jump on the bandwagon by retweeting Katy's statement and going on to write: '#killemwithkindness -one day they'll get it lol'.
Selena and Orlando were seen putting on a very PDA display last Friday night.
And after initially posting a very cryptic tweet, California Girls singer Katy posted a series of tweets supporting her beau Orlando as UNICEF goodwill ambassador.
The 31-year-old pop star tweeted: 'Instead of giving energy & eyeballs to dumb conspiracy [bin emoji] check out how C[OO]L this is'
She added a link to her tweet which is an article written by Orlando for Time.
The starlet posted another tweet straight after saying: 'Donate $25 dollars by 11pm ET at awloveshorizons.org 2enter2 win 1 of 10 voicemail outgoing messages that I'll leave for lucky winners.'
The tweets come after Selena and Orlando were pictured looking very cuddly at her concert after-party in Las Vegas last week.
The close encounter between the pair didn't end there, as newly emerged footage of the duo appears to show them leaving the nightclub together.
In the short video clip, Selena, 23 and Orlando, 39 are seen walking out of the Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino and making a beeline for a waiting SUV.
Orlando, seen in a white shirt and black waistcoat, covers his head in a cap as he tries to make a low-key exit beside the songstress.
But there is no mistaking Selena, who sports the slinky silver gown that she was photographed in at the start of her after-party following the opening night of her Revival Tour.
Sources told TMZ that the twosome simply went to get food with friends and that there were others in the car with them when they left the hotel.
The footage of their swift exit follows pictures that were released on Tuesday showing the duo having an intimate exchange at Light nightclub in the Mandalay.
Following this news Katy took to Twitter to post a very cryptic tweet: 'Is that all there is?' along with a video of Peggy Lee singing the song.
However, it seems she's changed her tune with her latest public support towards Orlando.
