Rihanna, 29, and Naomi Campbell, 46, were known as one of the fiercest famous friendships, with the supermodel posing for RiRi’s Fenty clothing line, and Rihanna once saying “I’m blessed to have you as a friend, one that will pick up the phone at any hour of the night, one that still makes time even when she has none, just to send me vitamins and facial products, or even tanning oil for my vacation lol!!!” However, that may now be over!
On March 7, an eagle-eyed fan noticed that Rihanna and Naomi haven’t had much contact online recently, and even unfollowed each other on Instagram! Since the fiery model was visiting Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen the same day, the host asked her what’s going on.
“Everything’s fine. Of course it’s fine,” she began, sending some serious side-eye and even a wink. She followed up by saying “I’m an actress now, Andy,” insinuating that she was just ACTING like everything was okay between she and her friend. Oh no!
Though it’s pretty obvious from the video that the pair aren’t exactly close anymore, Naomi made it clear that she doesn’t want any drama. “I don’t have beef, especially with black women who are powerful,” she insisted. “We’re all in the same thing, doing the same struggle.” We totally agree! We hate to see strong women fighting with each other, but it still seems like they’re having problems in their friendship. Props to Naomi for not doing the easy thing by talking crap about RiRi.
